It's easy to order on the screen, and the ice cream comes out just like all the photos! The staff custom make each ice cream, so it does take some time, especially if there are a lot of people. I saw some rude customers demanding their orders because they didn't want to wait and expected these staff to whip them out like robots. Please don't be rude to the staff. They are doing their best. I got Kirby with strawberry ice cream and thought it tasted quite good! My sister got Kuromi with ube and she wished the ube were sweeter. The faces/decor on the ice cream are (white) chocolate(?) or at least taste that way. I enjoyed my cute ice cream! I will be back to try something new. They also serve taiyaki!

I did not know this place was in the mall till my sister told me we needed to go here for the ice cream because of the characters. I did not get to try their ice cream flavors, but their characters looked so cute on the ice cream. Plus, you are able to add different toppings to your character ice cream once it's done, like sprinkles or oreos. I got the strawberry lemon tea, and it was delicious that I finished it in about 5 minutes and left me wanting more. I would definitely recommend this place. So far, the times I have been to the mall, I have never seen a line for this place.

This place is awesome because they have Kuromi-chan ice cream. The ice cream is so cute and delicious. I enjoyed the ube ice cream I got. If you like cute things you should come here. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back here in the future to try out the other ice cream flavors.

This place is awesome! My daughter definitely loved the ice cream. I love the Taro Boba. The taiyaki is delicious!

Fast and convenient ordering; you can order on the tablet and customize which ice cream flavor you want with little to no interaction with the employees. Sadly, they ran out of vanilla so I got ube kuromi! It’s very delicious and favorable! The chocolate is satisfying when taking a bite off of it and its not very sweet, which is a plus. You can also add sprinkles or waffle bits on your own and top if off with a mini umbrella or a mini crown. Really cute for instagram and delicious too on a hot summer day.
